Research Focus

My research interest mainly lies in criminal law theory and comparative criminal law. My proposed research topic in MPI is: Understanding Bribery: Towards a More Reasonable and Effective Legal Response. In this research, the foundations of distinction between public and private sector bribery will be thoroughly examined by adopting interdisciplinary approach.
