Masters Degree in Librarianship, Sinology and Business Management, practical training in Librarianship for Academic Libraries at the Staatsbibliothek zu Berlin Preußischer Kulturbesitz; also trained bookseller.

Joined the institute in February 1998.

Further Professional Activities:

Member of the Aleph team which coordinates the operation of the library management software (Aleph 500) with 20 institute's libraries.
