Member of the Spanish research group Alternativas (2000-on going); Training and Mobility of Researchers (TMR) Postdoctoral Marie Curie Fellow at the Centre for Law and Society, Edinburgh (1998-2000); Tutor in Ordinary Jurisprudence (1998-2000) at the Edinburgh Law Faculty; Research Assistant at the European University Institute (1995-1997); Ph.D in Law at the European University Institute, Florence (1997); Law degree at the University of Granada (1992).
