Internships Science

The Max Planck Institute for Research on Collective Goods is offering a limited number of internships for students. The requirements are: an interest in our areas of research, a capacity to work on projects independently and an above-average academic track record.
Students of law, economics, psychology, sociology and neighbouring courses of study may apply as of the 5th semester of their BA or MA course. Application deadlines are December 31 for the following summer semester and June 30 for the winter semester. Please indicate on the application form which research group you would like to apply for.
Our interns will be given an insight into a current research project and may participate in presentations and seminars, as well as in internal courses. The duration of the internship shall be a maximum of twelve weeks for voluntary internships. In the case of mandatory internships, please specify the required duration and include a document proving that you are required to complete a mandatory internship. Remuneration shall be in line with the federal guidelines for internships.
We look forward to receiving your full application, including a cover letter, a CV, copies of relevant certificates and a copy of a relevant seminar paper (please include an extract of ten pages max.).
