In a clustered randomized controlled trial in 20 large Turkish companies and over 3,000 headquarter employees, Matthias Sutter and his co-authors Sule Alan and Gözde Corekcioglu show how workplace climate can be improved and turnover be reduced. The training intervention particularly improves the leader-subordinate relationship.
